Anna helped me with a large basement redesign and renovation project. The space is about 2500 sq ft and the project took about 2 years from design to completion. Anna is the main designer and project manager. Anna has been exceptional in her artistic design, great attention to details during the project management and uttermost client services. Anna's artistic design was delicate and bold at the same time. the bathroom design was gorgeous. the tile selection was very thoughtful. she also bought some amazing doors that became highlights of the basement. As a project manager, Anna not only comes to the job site every week to monitor the progress but she also takes care of the all the procurements of materials and furnitures. She has the knack of finding some exquisite furniture at an affordable prices. she was able to get quite a few problems taken care of when tiles were broken or furniture showed by damaged. I was really impressed with her utmost client service. At one time there is a rare batch of flooring that she found and procured, to save some cost for shipping she actually deliver the flooring with a truck and a trailer. She also helped unloaded the heavy flooring. It was for sure above and beyond what a designer or a PM would do. At another time she came by with some antique furniture polishing fluid and she wiped down the antique doors meticulously herself. Amazing!
